About Dejla Foundation
A non-governmental and non-profit organization that works to establish and consolidate civil society through community awareness and capacity-building in order to achieve its goals of consolidating the principles of democracy, good governance, transparency and building the individual on the noble human values free from racial, religious or sexual discrimination.
Vision for the Future:
DFCD looks forward and works for building a civilized society for all components and social spectrums of peace, justice and transparency, regardless of gender, race, religion and ideological affiliation in accordance with the norms and criteria of peace, coexistence and development.
Tasks:
DFCD promotes and encourages individuals and groups to build a just, transparent and coexisting civilized society based on sustainable community development standards, educating the people on issues related to the good governance in Iraq and the Kurdistan region. DFCD harnesses all human, technical and technological potential to achieve the Foundation's objectives.
Geographical scope of the Foundation's work:
Iraq and the Kurdistan Region (outside Iraq if required).
