Management and Human Resources Course

On 3/12/2024, a team from Dejla Foundation for Coexistence and Development participated in a course on management methods and human resources organized by the “British Planning Force” with the participation of “American Diploma Course” in Erbil. The course's program included several topics: capacity building for enlisted persons, identifying the latest methods in administrative systems and bases of successful management, developing successful mechanisms for administrative issues related to organizations, the important role of human resources in the progress of the level of organizations and foundations and how to deal and control emergency problems occurring within organizations. At the end of the course, three certificates (British, American and Iraqi) were distributed to participants.
